There is not that much to talk about. EIA data forcasts a near 25% increase in CO2 output to 2030. China, India, and emerging Asia need new technologies to support their growing energy demands. The developed nations need to reduce emissions. EIA data does not indicate that that will happen. There really is not time to talk about this. Make it happen!
